About Us
We are a family owned and run rental business, with strong roots on Syros dating back to the '70s. The house is a modern build, completed in June 2023. Sustainability and protecting the local environment is important to us (and to everyone on Syros!) - where possible energy for heating is provided by our roof mounted solar panels, and water for our garden is provided by rain-water run off, collected throughout the year and stored in tanks on the property.
Inside The House
The villa is arranged over ground floor and basement levels.
Ground floor:

6 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms

Modern kitchen (with SMEG range cooker + induction hobs, island seating and adjoining pantry / wash area)

All rooms are air-conditioned, with individual temperature controls.
The 6 main bedrooms sleep 12 people in total. 4 of the 6 bedrooms are able to accomodate a double bed or two twin beds.
Accommodation is split across 2 separate buildings connected by a covered veranda with large dining table and sofas / chairs for comfortable and shaded dining and 'lounging'.

All bedrooms feature french doors with direct access to outside areas / pathways. All doors and windows have secure shutters and sliding mosquito nets.

Around The House
The house is surrounded by lush gardens, arranged on a hillside over a number of levels joined by beautifully crafted stone pathways, steps and walls.

BBQ area with built in gas BBQ and large dining table shaded by large umbrellas overlooking the stunning sea view

Behind the house, close to the front door is driveway space for up to 4 parked cars.
